Maximus and Norm MacLean become entangled in a risky handoff that tests loyalties, while The Ghoul, Cooper Howard, and Barb Howard confront threats that blur friend and foe lines. Meanwhile, alliances with figures like Elder Cleric Quintus and factions such as Canadian Rebels complicate survival efforts in the irradiated wasteland. As power shifts and old grudges resurface, the characters find themselves confronting the harsh realities of their fractured world.
